Ordering

Q: What if i typed the wrong email address?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@esposart.com
 and we’ll be happy to update your email address for you, we can also change your name and billing address, but unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once submitted.

QAre there any exchange rates?

: All transactions on our website are conducted in US Dollars 
(USD). if your credit card is in different currency, your bank will determine the exchange rate used on the transaction date 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept Paypal, Please ensure your billing information matches the details on file with your Paypal
Q: How secure is my online order?

A: Your security is our priority. When entering your cards information on you website, you’ll be using SSL-encrypted webpage, This encryption ensure your information is sent directly to our trusted credit card processor’s network for authorization and approval. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order ? 

A: We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our sole discretion. If your order is approved and you need to changes please contact us as soon as possible at contact@esposart.com

Q: Order Cancellation: We understand mistakes happen. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement, regardless of packing status, if your order cannot be canceled because it has already shipped, we will do our best to help your return upon arrival 

Q: Order changes: Unfortunately, We cannot modify order details once submitted.

Q: How do i set my shipping address ?

A: To ensure smooth delivery, Please use English characters when entering your shipping address

Q:Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: 
We understand that mistakes happen with addresses. if you need to change shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@esposart.com. We will try our best accommodate your request within 60 minutes of your order, but this may not always be possible.  

Q: How do I track my order? 

A:
 We’ll send you tracking number via email once your order ships, You can usually to receive this information within 1 business day of shipment

Q: Can I use several discount codes in one order? 

A:
 Our promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Q: What if I have missing items in my order? 

A:
 If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately contact@esposart.com and we’ll investigate the issue.

Shipping & Customs 

Q: when will my order be processed? 

A: We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and ship the nest business day ( excluding weekends and holidays). During peak times, processing times may increase. If you haven’t received tracking confirmation after 5 business days from payment, please contact us  contact@esposart.com

Returns

Q: How do I return an item? 

A:
 If you’re unhappy with your purchase, You can return most items with in 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at contact@esposart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer services team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Q: Will shipping be covered for my returns? 

A:
 You are responsible for all return shipping fee and other related costs

Q:What is the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? 

A:
 If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise, Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving order at  contact@esposart.com . Incase of damaged items, Please include your order number, photographs of damage, and any relevant reference materials received with your package. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly

Q: How long is the returns process? 

A: Once we receive your return, it may take 30 business days to process. we’ll notify you via email once your return is complete
